Beautiful Silver Linings

A couple of weekends back I had the pleasure of capturing some family portraits for some special people. We ventured out to a little local bay at a time where the sun was starting to get a bit high in the sky, creating a lot of glare, especially of of all of the gorgeous smooth sand. Though in that problem there was a definite silver lining in the shadows where that sandy glare created some beautiful reflected light for this gorgeous couple and their two girls.

And the open beach wasn't totally off limits with some gorgeous backlit scenes captured, and the trusty diffuser creating some dynamically lit portraits.
